    just make your submission on the subject matter on a neutral ground and not on partisanship.

    For Hannah T,corruption is supposed to be the ideal bedfellow of NDC. He should be talking about NDC and not Ghana. Her party's tenure has been the most insanely corrupt tenure of all times. She should just shut up.
