  has been no DEVELOPMENT in the area.
  The DEPLORABLE conditions of ROADS and STREETS especially BEGORO, the SEAT of
  administration CANNOT BE EMPHASIZED .
  The MP must bring DEVELOPMENT there
  or LOSE HIS SEAT. IT IS LONG OVERDUE.

  WHAT THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES DO IS,ALL MPS MUST HAVE AN AN OFFICE IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES AND THESE OUTFITS ARE PAID FOR BY THEIR NATIONAL ASSMBLIES AND TO GIVE THEM THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO EMGAGE WITH THEIR PEOPLE, ONCE IN EVERY MONTH, IN MATTERS RELATING TO THEIR WELFARE,PROBLEMS AND DIFFICULTIES AFFECTING THEM AND SOCIOECONOMIC DEVELOpMENT OF THEIR SOCIETIES.
  
  THEIR VERY MPS ARE GIVEN FREE TICKETS TO TRAVEL WITH LOCAL TRAINS AND HAVE IN EVERY THREE MONTHS THE POSSIBILITY TO TRAVEL WITH AIR TO ATTEND SITTINGS AT THEIR NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS.
  
  IN ACTUAL FACT,IS IT IS A WASTE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR MPS IN GHANA TO BE GIVEN THAT SO CALLED COMMON FUND, AND FOR THEM TO CLAIM THEY USED IT TO HELP A POOR BOY TO PAY FOR HIS SCHOOL FEES, USED IT IN FINANCING A MARKET PROJECT AND TO FOR THE EXPENSES OF A PATIENT WHO WAS ADMITTED AT THE HOSPITAl.
  
  THIS IS A KIND OF A PLÚNDER AND EXPLOITATION OF THE VUNERABLE IN GHANA.
  
  STILL THE SLUMS, SQUATTERS, UNEMPLOYMENT, POOR SANITATION, ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION, DESTITUTION, DISEASE AND HUNGER REMAINS.
  
  ARE THE SO CALLED GHANAIAN PARLIMENTARIANS STILL LIVING IN THE DARK AGES. WHAT A CONTINUED MESS IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  UNLESS SUCH A USELESS COMMON FUND IS SCRAPPED GIVING ROOM TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION, WHERE REGIONS AND THE DISTRICTS ELECT THEIR OWN NON PARTISAN COUNCILLORS, WHO IELECT THEIR OWN MAYORS ON PARTTIME BASIS,AND TO GIVE THEM THE NICEST OPPORTUNITY THEIR OWN ANNUAL BUDGET, RAISE THEIR OWN TAXES FOR THE USE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SOCIETIES,THE INFRASTUCTURE, HOUSING, DAY CARES, REHABILITATION OF THE PRIMITIVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS,PROVISION OF DRINKING WATER,ENERGY,COMMUNICATION, ROADS, TRANSPORTATION AND LIBRARIES. OTHERWISE THE REGIONAL CENTRES AND THE DISTRICTS WILL STILL CONTINUE TO BE UNDERDEVELOPED AND ECONOMIC BACKWARD.
  
  ONE WONDERS WHY FUNCTIONAL CITY, MUNICIPAL AND LOCAL COUNCILS THAT WERE HANDED TO US BY THE DEPARTING COLONIAL ADMINISTRATION SIXTY YEARS AGO HAVE TO BE DESTROYED BY RAWLINGS THIRTY FIVE YEARS AGO.
  
  SINCE THEN NO GOVERNMENT HAS COME WITH THE IDEA OF REVERSING IT.
  
  HOW ON EARTH CAN FIVE(5%)OF THE NATIONAL GDP BE USED BY THE SO CALLED CITY. MUNICIPAL AND LOCAL ASSMBLIES TO OVERCOME THEIR SOCIOCONOMIC DIFFICULTIES AND CHALLEGES THAT HAVE CRIPPLED THESE SOCIETIES FIR THE PAST THIRTY FIVE YEARS.
  
  THIS MEANS THE SO CALLED FIVE PERCENT OF THE NATIONS GDP ONLY GOES TO PAY SALARIES AND WAGES OF STATE APPOINTED DISTRICT CHIEFS,OFFICE STAFF AND LABOURERS.
  
  ARE WE NOT CRAZY PEOPLE.
  
  NEW THIMKING-NEW OPPORTUNITIES OTHERWISE WE ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE HEAVILY INDEPTED POOR COUNTRY(HIPC) IN THE WORLD.
  
  OVER TO YOU EWURABA TORSHIE ADDO AND HER NPP GOVERNMENT OF AKUFFO ADDO.
  
  DEGREES AND PHD TITLES IN THE MIDST OF POVERTY HAVE TO SOUND VERY STRANGE IN GHANA IN THE 21st CENTURY.
  
  TIME TO SCRAPPE THE SO CALLED MPS COMMON FÚND NOW.
  
  IT IS VERY USELESS AND ONLY INCREASES MANIPULATION, EMBEZZLEMENT AND STEALING OF STATE RESOURCES AND FUNDS.
  
  WHAT FOR A HOPELESS COMMON FUND THAT HAVE PARALYSED DEVELOPMENT AT THE REGIONAL DISTRICTS IN THE COUNTRY. .

  Then NPP party is not youth friendly party since it's inception most of the juicy position has been given to old cronies of akuffo Addo and his family members . The youth that voted massively for the party re really disappointed.
  So far the youth re not satisfied with the performance of the NPP and cannot see any meaningful projects to juxtapose the existence of the Kukurudu party . Cost of doing business and Living has soared and tax reduction on spare parts was ridiculous.
  The NPP and the president akuffo with his economic management team shoukd woke up from their slumber since Ghanaians re getting fed up with the party .
