Encouraging locals to invest in affordable housing where there is no good returns on that but give foreigners the prime lands in the cities to develop where they get good returns. Please develop first the rural areas before these talking crap. Talking government no plans. The president stiil hasnt come to terms with achieving his lifelong dream to be president. So he is still in celebration whiles the country is being plunged into chaos.
