That is a good idea but would a conservative society like Ghana accept this?Elsewhere every state has its own examining body.

Waec should try their best and do something about it.
At least you can set another questions for those students
NOTE: it is the entire Bungurugu centre and not individual problems.

....introduction of other exams bodies in corrupt riddled Ghana? Tweaa. The truth is, this is not a force majeure...if parents refuse to let their kids go and write exams because of land dispute why should WAEC be held responsible? Am sure the exams centre was communicated to the affected district (and then to students/parents) long a ago and if parents were not comfortable with it they should have contacted schools of their wards who would then contact the GES district office for issues to be resolved. I suspect some chief/elder issued an order asking parents not to let their wards to to write the exams in "enemy" territory (otherwise how come not a single one of them went?)and here we are. It's time people, in this instance parents especially, are held responsible for their actions/inactions. I think we think with our hearts and not our heads in this country too much.

You really 'think' you would send your child into a disputed/conflict land to sit an exam? Which is easier - an exam body making alternative arrangements for innocent kids to sit a paper, OR the exam body punishing them (losing an opportunity) for no fault of their? It's not about hearts, it's about common sense and the behaviour of a monopoly organisation.

The students can not be punished for happenings which are not their making. They should be given the opportunity to write the papers with equivalent tests.
