But I still have news for you George.Lordina Mahama is reported to have been awarded a contract to supply fertiliser to farmers by COCOBOD to the tune of over 300 million dollars.She is been fully paid but is yet to supply the fertiliser.Over a year ago? So CHRAJ would just determine if the bond buyers have paid for the bonds they purchased regardless of who purchased them!
