Ghanaians farmers have no insurance for the crops so when it fails they commit suicide and this is what Minister you must avoid at all cost. Please encourage all farmers to take a form of insurance as a safeguarding measure. Now they are desperate hence why they are pleading with your department to perhaps have mercy of them. It is not easy under the hot sun and get no outcome due to these cruel army worms which is beyond their control. Have mercy Minster please have mercy.

Why should government be burdened with an Act of God? Farmers should be educated to purchase insurance for such losses. The "entitlement" mentality of Ghanaians has to stop if we are serious to advance as a nation!

THE FARMERS SHOULD MIX GOAT FAECES OR TOILET WITH ORDINARY WATER AND USE IT TO SPRAY AND NO INSECT OR ANIMAL WOULD TEMPER WITH THE LEAVES OR THE PLANTS.
