It is not enough to complain and warn the public about the Ponzi scheme being run by MMM. Bank of Ghana should ask the police to apprehend the rascals, put them behind bars and stop their operations. DKM and their allies have caused enough disasters in many homes in the Brong Ahafo region. Residents of the other regions must be saved by prompt action of the Bank of Ghana.

Where are you going to arrest the Ponzi operators? The operators of the scheme use "a virtual office"-- unregistered, and manned by agents who never reveal the identity by pictures or names online or by phone. Possibly, BOG can close their accounts, and solicit Ghanaians to notify the police whenever recruiters schedule a meeting so that they can apprehend everyone at the meeting.

Yes they are. They were in Nigeria lady year. They collected millions of Naira from the unsuspecting gullible public and disappeared. Now they are in Ghana. Be careful.

Why not arrest the operators if they could be reached? Being a virtual operation, the owners of the business could be located outside. But it is an operation generated from Ghana, the BoG must immediately request for their arrest because a vast majority of Ghanaians vulnerable online would not hear about this warning to stay away from the company.

More, the BoG must team up with the appropriate Ministries to conduct a nationwide online etiquette and behavior education to the masses to help them protect themselves effectively from these thieves.

Our Society is very vulnerable to '419', 'Sakawa' or whatever people call those fraudulent schemes. With that high Cell phone penetration in Ghana, a large portion of the population is an easy target for online and phone fraud.

Rather,
It is a community of like minded Ghanaians helping each other out financially. So there is no deposit any where. None. I think BoG can do better than this. We need to be able to rely on the information they give us.
