  Diplomatic passports are given for the official missions and collected as soon as you are back. It is not a thing you keep just because you are a dishonorable from some village sitting in the parliament, lol

  Mr "nice guy" Mills signed off on issuing diplomatic passports to MPs even if not going on official travel. This needs to change and be issued on a case by case basis. Passports can be issued on the same day it is done by other countries for emergency travel. I agree with Hannah that a distinction has to be made between official and private travel. But the bottom line is regardless of what is used for a visa application, guaranteeing the return of the applicant should not be taken lightly. All this would have been a moot case if kids returned home at the stipulated time.

  So why didn't you do it when you were in charge? This why most Ghanaians believe that some of those "managing" the affairs know the right thing to do but so long as taking that decision or making that policy will affect them, they just don't bother to do it. This is the case of arrogant and disrespectful Hannah Tetteh
