But yet all these promotions went in their favor.So does this government wants us to believe that with all these competent service men of Volta decent, none was able to merit any of these promotion?
Where are our politicians in ccassocks, the likes of Rev. Martey, Pastor Mensah Otabil and Prof. Addai who did not give former president Mahama a breathing space because he appointed competent people of Volta and northern decent.
