    I still can't believe that Ghana still adheres to the "colonial Days policy” of retiring teachers and several civil servants at 60 years of age. It's darn ridiculous in the 21st century which must be changed and here’s WH ...

    Omanhene, that is an excellent suggestion. At 70 person can still be a good teacher. NAGRAT should rather be talking to government to increase the retirement age rather than trying to falsify records.

    NAGRAT, at what point in time will a teacher know he or she has made a mistake to be corrected, if this is not based on falsehood, which you should not encourage.

    Increase the Retirement Age from the current 60 to 65 or 67 years.
