It doesn't matter who Woyome is, his ethnicity doesn't matter after all he's a Ghanaian, The issue is that Woyome is hiding something, we all acknowledge the fact that some quid pro quo must taken place. He definitely gave the chunk of the loot to the corrupt government officials who facilitated the payout. So I suggest that Woyome should shelve his bravado and cut a deal with this administration and name whoever was involved or took a share of the payola and in return be granted immunity of prosecution and settlement of the debt. Then the government should also prosecute these corrupt officials and let them pay whatever they got from the tainted largess with interest.
