Both law enforcement and judiciary are so useless. The regionalbum Police Commander witnessed what this man was doing. The Regional minister and Colins Dauda were all witnesses to what this guy was doing to benefit them. He was sent to court and the judge did nothing until NDC lost power and the guy bolted into Burkina Faso before issuing a bench warrant for him. This is a useless situation.
