Why should this attack on exemptions by the Finance Minster for multinationals affect the import of raw materials for local manufacturing. How do you kill the very factories which are in existence by charging duty and vat on raw materials being used by them which were exempted till now. Think again before you talk about adding factories in each district when you are in the process of killing factories.
