There were several announcements made that anybody illegally keeping state properties must return them. John did not comply with this directive and he kept the vehiclesame. Now that he's been found out he must be made to face the law.

As for the British High Commissioner who doesn't have a clue about where diplomacy begins or ends, the least said about him, the better. These Akan tribalists hate independence the reason why NPP government contracted some company from U.S. to run the Ghanaian economy on its behalf.
