    Before the contractors get paid for their works, their works first design and supervised by government paying Engineers.
    These Engineers confirmed and authorized payment to these contraxtors
    So we need to hold our Engineers ...

    Thanks Mr minister, finally common sense will prevail in Ghana roads infrastructure. Shoddy works and will be blacklisted for good. These so called contractors have taken Ghanaians for granted.
