Educated nation will have educated workforce, and educated workforce will earn salaries commensurate with their various specialty thereby having money to boost the economy by creating businesses and spending.   We can walk and chew gum at the same time. We have the resources in Ghana to be able to this and more. Corruption and mismanagement have rendered Ghana POOR!!!
