With what His excellency Nana Addo Dankwah expressed at the parliament to the members and the country at large was pretty much straight forward so if Amissah Arthur and Adongo did not understand it then they are lacking very important information. They need to get back to the classroom. Probably Amissah Arthur was just a figure head while Mahama and the cronies were pilling up the debt he was forced to shut up. He was just useless veep. Shame on them, Mahama, Amissah Arthur and the NDC corrupt officials.
