  They take bribes from the men and sleep the women suspects. What do the police expect the public to do then? Or does Cephas Arthur not live in Ghana?

  I'll be happy if police is able to arrest such criminals and brought them to justice .But there's no hope on Ghana police if they will hunt those take law into their own hands.
