WICKED NDC PEOPLE
In the late 90s, the NDC was fully implementing the cash and carry hospital system and always oppose the health insurance scheme concept. They even went to the extent of detaining patients who could not afford to pay their hospital bills. It was the benevolence of the Catholic Church in Nkoranza that defied the strong resistance posed by the then NDC government to start the health insurance scheme. Later, when Kufuor came to power and laid the NHIS bill in parliament, all the NDC MPs walked out of parliament. After the NHIS law was passed, the NDC polluted the minds of Ghanaians that the NHIS does not work. Later, when the NDC realised that the NHIS was working to the admiration of all Ghanaians, they formulated another theory that it was the NDC government that started the NHIS on a pilot basis at Nkroaanza.
Now, after criticising the Free SHS in 2008 and 2012 and claiming that Free SHS is not possible, the NDC is now saying that Mahama laid a strong foundation for Free SHS. Fellow Ghanaians, you can now see how shallow minded Mahama and his NDC goons are. They are simply a bunch of thieves.

"The Ashanti Regional Public Relations Officer of the Police Command ASP Yusif Tanko, has explained that police on duty who assaulted students of the Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) in the Ashanti region did that to restore calm and order in front of the school."
You're joking! This is amazing! The police assaulted people in order to bring calm? So you mean the police should resort to brutality to restore sanity? No wonder the Ghana Police Service have made a complete mockery of themselves and their function.

If u don't know there are rules and regulations governing police just shut up. Must they leave themselves to be killed by lawless students? There is something in policing call the use of minimum force to bring down a situation or overcome it. Why should they block public road in the first place? U do that when u are protesting not when u are celebrating. The public remain quiet when police is killed by lawless civilians but make noise when police deal with them. It's a warning to them. Kudus Ghana police service.

No it is absolutely not right to follow any student to their dormitory to beat them up. I support any measures taken at the road block any other venue that the police chased and brutalised the students borders on criminality. Why should the police perceive civil society as enemies? The incident is a result of road block, whether being pelted with rock or whatever did not call for the attack outside where the incident occurred. It is time we took the police to court for them to stop the unnecessary attack on Ghanaians. You are a professional outfit and should guide you in your discharge of your duties. Restraint is the number one guide police in New York,California, London, France ...and Ghana is not different. Barbaric corrupt Ghanaian police? Who gave the order?

This man should be forced to resign. I believe he joined the police, for the sake of taking bribes but not as a peace office. Just to put it he is in the wrong job.

I think its time the police go to schools to educate students about their right to demonstrate and doing it within the laws and public order act.
Ignorance of the law is too
