To say "The president can order the replenishing of the depleted stock of vehicles at the Presidency as he deems fit" should tell the caliber of people who are advising the president.

Although the Daily guide is a discredited paper with a discredited owner who has an insatiable appetite for money and recklessness,this is going too far and Akuffo must be ware of him and his paper.
