  If we can add, over the years, we've received many documents from several countries using the FOI law. Several of them were more than 100 pages, and not a pesewa was demanded, according to the governing laws.
  
  So, if we, as defenders of FOI bill for Ghana will begin bargaining and negotiating with ourselves before we've won a meaningful battle, chances are the entire effort will be crippled with a fee scheme be politicians that will make nonsense of a victory, if we ever achieve one in the first place.
