The lot looks like a car dealership, I remember a friend remarking during the inauguration about the luxury cars parked around the grounds and how surprised he was that Ghana owned all those cars. No wonder the Korle bu and other heads of departments go for Mercedes Benz and other luxury cars also for their official vehicles and then take with them when they leave office. We should not buy new cars for next foreseeable future with these many cars. God help us!!

Where did they keep these cars after the handing over notes? Who were the custodians? Did NPP cross check the cars to make sure 641 cars were handed over? If NDC listed the 641 cars in their handing over notes but physically didn't give NPP those cars then something is wrong. On the other hand if NPP based their acceptance of 641 cars on the handing over notes without physically receiving those cars, they made a mistake. In the final analysis, if those cars were physically received by NPP and 200 cars are missing as reported, the custodians should be held liable of the missing cars period.
