    This is cosmetic. Will Kufour receive royalty for allowing the FPSO to bear his name? I'll if anything at all prefer my name being on a street than a vessel on the sea that not many people will see.

    When Kufuor rehabilitated theAccra High Street into a dual carriage road NDC named it after Mills whose only achievement was that he died as sitting President.
