Gh Health Service, what punishment do have for Dr Issa? Simply accepting his apology? Not enough. First, he must take a double page advert in the major newspapers and social media to render an unqualified apology. Secondly, if he fails to do that then he should be dismissed for plain thievery of the vehicles he himself has admitted distributing to his village folks.
Alternatively, Dr Awoonor should bring legal action against Dr Issah to remove his primitiveness.

It appears that any appointment made to lead any of the big public institutions in upper east is always met with protestations if the appointee isn't a member of a particular group call BONABOTO.Upper East isnt made up of Only people from the Grune speaking group but also made up Kusaasis,Bimobas,Grusis,Bulsas,bisas,mosis etc.but it does appear that any appointment that goes to any of these groupings is always met with protest from the BONABOTO;an example of which is when Avea was drop by the previous president and James Zuuga Tiiga was appointed as a regional minister hence,i wasn't surprise when Dr.Kofi Issah was aided by this same group to oust the hard working Dr.Awonoor Williams just because he's their kin and a member of that group.Its time for this things to stop and allow development oriented person to help us develop our region. This tribal and sectarian things will not take us anywhere near development of this region. If we're going to be supporting our own people to be robbing us of projects like GIHEP is very bad and I urge our brothers in the BONABOTO to always scrutinize things before acting.Am saying this with pain because we the people of GARU-Tempane district have been denied of a project that was initiated by Dr.Awonoor but just because he was forced out of office by Dr.Issue and his kin BONABOTO the program has been stalled. I urge BONABOTO to come out and speak over this distasteful act of Dr.Issah for the chicken has finally come home to roose.I know some of the members are very honest,factual and nice enough to call a spate a spate and and not a shovel to ask Dr.Issah apologized to his predecessor and vacate his post due to questionable character.
