Ghana doesnt need GMO's so if all you intend to do with the Agric sector is to introduce Genetically Modified Organisms then please rethink.

The fact that the honorable is animated doesn't translate into arrogance. Ghanaians have a tendency to throw labels at people without merit....., like too known, arrogant, huuhuu, .....The nominee answered and showed competency in his area of assignment, so please give me a break of this arrogancy label.

This is not arrogance but Knowledge and Confidence. We have to stop this inferiority complex! I'm a doctor in USA and during my residency(training)I would not contribute or speak during rounds until I was asked to, and because of that they thought I was dump! until a Nigerian senior friend told me to be proactive and intervene with the least opportunity ! Basically to show off ! It worked like magic !! Sooner or later I was the best resident doctor and attending doctors (bosses) were seeking my opinion because I knew my facts with hard training from medical school in Ghana
