Few questions
1. why did NDC fail to pay the contractors? - so Infrastructure but no payment? Eii! serious.
2. I thought NDC was paying the DKM

I do have a National Identification Card issued to me a few years ago. What do I do with it? Do I trash it and by so doing reduce the weight of my wallet?
