DG tenure of office expired last October 2016 when he clocked 60years,but ex-president Mahama extended his tenure for another 2years. Let me tell for real, nobody could question him during NDC government, he wine and dine with the ex president and head of the medical Dr. Anaab-bisi invited ex president to his so called "50"years birthday last August 2016 in Accra where money was foolishly spent. Dr. Anaab-bisi is 54years because i know many of his coursemates, but he cliamed to be 50 yoooooo. DG's sons are drug addicts and they always beat their girlfriends like animals whenever the had disagreement. This is not political issue, these had killed GPHA, they stole cars and move containers out without paying a pesewas. If you doubt me, give me your email address and i will forward you serious evidence that will make you cry for this country. The administration manager is called Castro, he always go round with huge cash in his car booth to share for people and those foolish senior staff union, DG took over 116 union members to India for 3 and 5 months with huge per dime for each one of them, that is why they protecting the DG.

Folks you see , madness and politics is beginning to eat into even public institutions. When did promotion and recruitment become an offence? Are those promoted or recruited not qualified? Are these people not Ghanaians? Is that what we are doing in this country now that when a new a government comes you change all staff of public institutions of the previous government? We are doomed. We pat ourselves on the shoulder about our democracy. We are nowhere near proper democracy. Democracy is not all about elections but it goes further more than that . Shame to these staff

Indeed, I agree with the Union secretary motion that the director general must be sacked due to embezzlement, bureaucracy, opportunism, nepotism and heartlessness. People who are workers(casuals) at the port over years that are been denied of permanency but the director general has brought people from nowhere to staff them without the new government approval which breaches the constitution of the firm. He must abdicate his post with immediate effect. He must abdicate his position before he truncates and ruin the new government national employment for the populace as he promised during his campaign. I certainly side with the junior staff Union secretary. As for the senior staff, they are corrupt and ego centric like their director general. ANAMOO goooogooooooo we are tired with your dubious corrupt mechanisms!

Things are not going on well.
Even managers are suspended without even setting a commitee if any allegations are levelled against them.
We thank you Secretary for having the courage to take this bold step by exposing the rot in the authority.
Investigations must begin NOW Mr President.
