How can a a health organisation behave in this way. Don't Korle Bu organise a AGM for the public to be held accountable for all their actions throughout the year. I don't think there is such thing otherwise the ECO would not have dreamt of sharing monies to staff without any accountability to the public. An annual AGM is necessary in all organisations.
