  Rawlings seemingly unsupportive of his own NDC
  arises from a sense of guilt from his own past wrongs: resulting from being prejudiced against certain people in Ghana, the killings of 3 former head of states & the subsequent murder of 3 Supreme Court judges and an army general. Ghanaians have very short memories though.
  If 3 former presidents were shot by firing squad for embezzling government money not exceeding $1m dollars, what then should be the fate of Mahama & his corrupt administration who has embezzled $$$ millions of state money??

  Be not deceived. Ghanaians are no fools. They are patient, thoughtful and God- fearing but they will not so easily forget who Rawlings really is. This man as a Commission Air Force Officer was so reckless with managing his own life and declared to the world that he bought yorkeh gari on credit. He had no qualms killing Judges and military leaders in order to enjoy ill-gotten wealth. Should any one be surprised that he received 2 million US dollars from another thief like Abacha? We should all be mindful that Rawlings is a spent bullet. All this nonsense about him being a statesman is simply rubbish. We have not forgotten how he came into power and not authority.
  The armed has power. The elected President has authority. That is the difference between Nana and Rawrings. Let all remember always.

The wife separated from the party to form her own party, gave her support to Akuffo Addo. What has she gained...nothing.
