Lawlessness is killing us in this Country.
They say,one should not talk bad about a dead person, but how can an experienced journalist of Mr Bebli's caliber drive an unregistered car?
And how can a commercial vehicle be allowed to operate without brakes? If the accident wouldn't had happened, the driver would had drove past the Police barrier without being taken off the road, even though the Police will be aware that it has no brakes.Because the one or two cedis they will get from the driver,to them is more important that the lives of the public.
Now we have lost a promising young man because of carelessness.
I hope with the new wind of change in Ghana,we shall all strive to be our brothers keepers, respect the rule of law and order, to prevent such unnecessary deaths.
May Bismarck 's soul Rest In Peace.
My deepest condolences to his family and colleagues.

What they are talking about is a new car which is not yet registered but with a temporary plate which police always stop to check the documents and make sure you record where you are going in the book you have in the car, sometimes people keep their cars up to a year or more before they register them which is the practice in Ghana.
On the other hand, that brakes issue is a complete lie, that is what they say if they are involved in acvident and the police always help them with that to get away with their crime.
Just ask yourself how the report know about brakes failure, the man was speeding and didn't control the car.
Mr Bebli should have remained in his car without going to the policeman,he should have waited in his car up until the policeman comes to him, I will not go to you.
May he rest in peace.

Police can stop and check your documents at anytime sometime disregarding their own safety and that of the driver and public. This is insane.
