How can anyone say Nana Addo should not reduce utility tariffs when people voted for him based on the promise to reduce? This so-called economist never uttered a word against it!!! No doubt he merely wants to seek favors.

Nana Akufo Addo should on assumption of office on 07 January 2017, immediately reduce utility tariffs. Nana Akufo Addo has the so called best economist in Ghana, Dr. Bawumiah who advised him to reduce tariffs on assumption of office. Dr. Bawumiah who is an self-acclaimed prophet, had all the relevant information at the time Nana Akufo Addo was hopping from Chief to chief making such promises. Not only did he talk about utility tariffs, he also mentioned taxes at the ports as well. Free SHS education, one district one factory, dams at all the villages in the Northern, U/E and U?W regions. $1 million to each of the 275 constituencies each year, reducing corporation and Income Taxes. Indeed for a person to make all these promises to win elections means the person is wicked, fraudulent and treacherous. I am also waiting for him to put more money in my pocket as well. Nana finally said, we Ghanaians are sitting on money but we are hungry. 'Ibi so'!

Ghana voted massively for Akuffo Addo because of the wonderful reducing of taxes promises he gave us all. Do you read why he won the election with great margin? It basically is because of the promises to make life better for all of us.
After all nobody knows Akuffo since he had not done any good thing for us in Ghana before but because of the wonderful promises he was voted into power therefore there should not be any foolish people who now will be telling him not to do this and that which is in link to the promises given to the nation during the campaign.
If it were to be other things or reasons people should have preferred voting Mahama to be there because of the infrastrtural development he registered. Whether some like it or not due to their tribal and political bigotry that is a reality on the ground.
Without hate people can say Mahama left something good on the ground, but only no monies in our pockets so Akuffo Addo will reduce things for us to have monies in our pockets. We cherish that with great expectation. Mr Economist stay away with your book economics, were where you then?
Akuffo Addo made the difference with the promise so surely we are all looking forward to the fulfilment of those wondeful promise that we believe can bring the needed changes we are looking forward to have through his administration and not that of Kufour who also left debt like Nahama.

Allow our President-elect, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo and his team of experts to do the job; you don't have to cause any anxiety here. It's okay to make suggestions but there should be a limit---Ghanaians want good solutions to their plight or suffering. Please allow the incoming Nana and his incoming govt some space to organize to tackle the job ahead. They have competent people who are ready to do the job.
