    Idiot, so you think the cost of one bore in Tema should be the same in tumu, bongo or some remote village.

    It should be less than that of Tema. Cheaper to build in rural areas than urban.

    Every state institution wants to create an excuse to spend money on bogus projects so they can chop. PURC is lavishing gifts on themselves because they make too much money and are not accountable to anyone.
