Its now clear to every bird in the tree that NDC can never win this election except by foul low down dirty means such as rigging , election engineering together with the hype up of minorities through tribalism , hegemony and Islamic religious discrimination. This has revived the need for the majority Akan to begin preparations of forming our own state as with such a pathologically toxic environment which fuels obly crime and corruption there is no future prosperity except for the criminals we all witness today . NDC can not function as a govt for the simple reason that they really dont have anybody who knows how since the killed Atta Mills. Imagine civil servants and govt officials in some sectors like teachers haven't received wages in 3 years not only is it shameful but its a tragedy to the nation , yet here they go gallivanting around and approve 1 billion dollars for a project that wouldn't cost more than a few hundred million anywhere else in the world . If bridges of that length cost so much the even the USA would have gone bankrupt talk less of Ghana , simply do a google search of the price estimates of bridges per kilometer and its clear.Daylight robbery was the Ridge hospital which one could have use to build 10 not rehabilitate one.Gen Mosquito says someone is too old but doesn't realize no one cares about age only if the fellow has a need to be corrupt , because he can not blow the trumpet of the worth or achievements of his NDC govt he resorts to flimsy stupidity laden trivialization to divert attention from the tragedy and mess that is NDC today. They rely on the poverty and ignorant uneducated souls to deceive them into superficial thinking with no depth in the consequences of their actions .They have brainwashed minorities into the sick hatred of the Akans yet fail to recognize in reality the breadbasket or world bank of Ghana are the Akans so they will see when we form our own state that they aint worth shit. Mahama has single handedly destroyed the unity of the nation and forgets to win an election you need 50% plus one to break up a country one needs at least 5% of the population agreeing to that concept and it will surely come to pass. If it comes to war we need less than 1% to actually involved in the combat so let these pepeni/ayigbe criminals continue buying the weapons and ammunition we stand ready

By end of 2016, this should increase to 109.7 million gallons per day and will result in a coverage of 76 percent for both urban and rural communities.
The statistics are that 85% of Ghanaians now have access to portable water.
The Adenta area has never accessed good water, but now thanks to all these investment by the John Mahama led administration, water now flows to the taps.

Pocket Lawyer do you know your history? Of course there has never been a UP government. If you want to equate the Progress Party ( PP) as UP because its leadership base was made up of some former leaders of that party, then you may have a partial point. But note the UP was outlawed by Kwame Nkrumah's government when Ghana became a one Party State. The United Party which was lead by Dr Busia was made up of most Parties in pre independrnce political life other than the CPP. The lager sections were Northern People's Party ( NPP) lead by SD Dombo., United Gold Coast Convention ( UGCC) lead by JB Danquah and the National Liberation Movement ( NLM) lead by Dr. K A Busia. Thus the appellation : Dombo/Busia/Danquah tradition. It included the Trans Volta Togoland Party with one Mr Apaloo as one of its leaders.
No there has never been a UP government. The NDC for example was skillfully crafted by JJ Rawlings from the remnants of the CPP in all regions who have been suppressed by the post Nkrumah regimes , with special appeal to minority( EWE, GA/Adangbe, North, Brong and Fante) aspirations . The key object was opposition to the Dombo/Busia/Danquah group who were against military rule except the NLC military junta which was lead mainly by EWE, GA and Ashanti security agents. Now the NDC is making every effort to destroy the remaining CPP elements not on board. That is PNC, CPP and PPP. The NPP leadership has no clue about the real political struggle. They are stuck in the romance of western party democracy. The NDC like the CPP have no democratic DNA NDC model of democracy is Angola, Cuba, Russia, China etc. You have heard JJ and JDM protestations about western democracy not suitable for Africa? Constant change in government not good for us? Dombo/Danquah/ Busia tradition being ghosts?
Well, If NPP loose this election they will enter a 100 years of solitude.

This is the first time i am hearing of this and i believe your submissions, Mr Rawlings. It is very true that the source of river volta is in Burkina Faso and obviously they also have a need to generate a hydro electric power to power their industries. It also makes sense why the farmlands along river volta get flooded anytime they open the dam. Doesnt this ring a bell to us as a nation to find out the best way for burkina faso to spill the water from the dam in order not to destroy farm lands?
Since the harm has already been done, our politicians have to find ways to mitigate the flooding anytime the dam is opened.
They need to get the burkina faso government to compensate the farmers for the loss since it is as a result of the spill of the water from the dam that farmlands are destroyed. It is about time we take a stand as a nation. Those farms are poor so do not have voice.

Couple with that under Kuffour government there wasn't any dumsor and Busia's he started rural electrification projects to connect every nook and cranny of the country into power supply and these so called Nkrumahist,and AFRC, PNDC and NDC did not let government finished its full term and they toppled the regime. After Acheampong's administration,came PNC,and,it was overthrown by the most stupid and senseless coups led by Flt. Rawlings which brought up all manner of incompetent government of NDC who ever wrote the above,article didn't do due diligence of facts so Ghanaians is about we must call a spade a spade.
