Ghana is opening the third oil field so how can there be the shortage of crude oil and gas in 2017. Currently we have two oil fields and the power sector has been stabilized. Ghanaians must remember that we have done this to ourselves before and the Iraqis did it to themselves and the results are there for all to see.
