  Has anyone taken a good long look at France's economy? Perhaps we should. Like most developed countries, France does not engage in a lot of manufacturing. Over time countries that do not manufacture will rely more and more on countries which have abundant natural resources. The IMF and other agencies of the "developed" countries will continue to exploit countries like Ghana with promises of "intellectual capital" as what they have to offer. Be careful Ghana! The West does not love Africa or specifically Ghana. Only enter in JV's if you have the ultimate control. The West has no natural resources left. Let us control our won destiny!

  France is a master exploiter-imperialist. All so called former French colonies in Africa have their resources and economy hijacked by France. They support STOOGES in power in Africa so they can have a FREE HAND on our resources, but overthrow Pan Africanist like Sakara, Gbagbo Modibo Keita etc who have Africa's interest at heart.
  
  We don't need France's expression of "confidence" in our economy. France does NOT have any "economy" of her own BUT Africa's. They have a mindset that Africans have to be assimilated into French, or ACT French in order to be "human". Who needs that arrogance? President Kigami of Rwanda has every good reason to cut ties with France. That country is a bane on Africa. France can take a hike!!
