    in practice I don't know of anyone who has been convicted without being in possession of drugs. If possession is still a crime what's changed

    Drug or substance abuse is the only medical condition treated jails. As long as can remember one has been cured because the amount drugs within those walls is 10x than outside.

    When was the last time you heard of anyone in any part of the world being convicted for being under the influence ( except driving etc ) I am afraid the new law will not change anything unless they allow people to have small ...
