  I think the scheme need to refocus because to me personally the disbursement process is not good. Come to the University of Health and Allied Sciences,Ho for instance we the continuing students can't access our second year loan. The student's loan office here in Ho mainly on the Ho Polytechnic campus are just sitting there feeding us with lies. Please someone should come and investigate for us.
