  Why can't COCOBOARD pay the farmer the world market price which is about 1000 times more than GHS470 per bag the government is offering.

  Why can't COCOBOARD pay the farmer the world market price which is about 1000 times more than GHS470 per bag the government is offering.
  
  The difference between the WMP and the GHS470 is why the cocoa farmer is always poor.
  
  And instead of the government using the difference for the betterment of the whole nation, the leaders steal the money for themselves, their family and tribesmen.
  
  These leaders take cocoa farmers for granted and call them names, such as "kookoasefour"
  
  It is about time cocoa farmers insist on being paid the WMP to stop this "baboon dey work monkey dey chop" exploitation of the cocoa farmer.
