Nii, your mentality is too dull to modern sports. Do you think national assignment is cheap and free. Stars like Messi, Ronaldo, or Pele don't play for free or for pennies. Do you think when you sit on players stipend will ever produce good results, remember colonialism is dead and gone. Pay the players attracting stipend and you can see a change. Secondly the coach should stay at his post in Ghana to manage the local players as well. Players are bought with a price so when they are playing they know what their supporters are expecting from them. You can't cheat the players for your gains. Now if they fail to qualify for the world cup who looses, they don't, but you.

Coach Appiah was in trouble with the players not because of his coaching skills. The boys' were disappointed in him because he kept telling them stories about their money as Nyantakye continued to lie to Coach Appiah. Nyantakyi went for Grant because he was able to take a share of Ghana's booty with the Israeli. What has Mr Grant achieved since he came to take over. Some ignorant people are talking about our new sports minister. If you understand where the minister is coming from you 'll cherish what he's bringing into Ghana sports. Mr Nyantakyi has not been able to reconcile the books to show all the money Ghana made in three world cups. Ghanaians all over the world contributed enormously for the first world cup we participated in. Where's all the money President Nyantakyi? Nyantakyi has hired some thugs whose job is to distract the public when Nyantakyi cannot answer questions pertaining to the accountability of financial records of the national team. Unity and discipline in the national team was non existent because some of the players were going to the President when the coach was making his choices. Instead of the President redirecting the players to the coach, he was usurping the powers of the coach, hence our poor performance in Brazil. Long live Ghana Sports
