The guy has no parents or cohorts to prove his age?
Even if a juvenile, the enormity or gravity of the crime committed can determine that he is tried as an adult.
What is this lawyer talking about?
If he is old enough to climb walls and kill an innocent sleeping man, he must be old enough to die.

If he was capable of killing an MP at 18 then it will be very easy to kill a President at 19 or 20. he know what he was doing so don´t take him a a minor.
