    Those behind all these so called reforms still have postpaid metering systems in their countries. Why are they pushing prepaid metering in Ghana

    For all these while why were they adamant of these brilliant initiatives? The issue of privatisation is now forcing them to use their IQ. Brilliant reforms but this won't reverse the PRIVATISATION!

    Payment with mobile money is long overdue. It is faster and convenient. It works for DSTV and GOTV so this should be simpler.

    This is the greatest idea in I have heard from them .becaues I have been wondering why u issue out prepaid meters which can go off at any time but have not come out with tech u can also use to recharge it at any time
