The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Certain people see nothing wrong with the president receiving such a gift. They are looking some loop holes in the laws or constitution to justify this wrong doing. Hell with them.
