    Why don't you just say that only the rich should be permitted to import vehicles? How many Ghanaians can afford a new vehicle. You are assuming the new cars will never get old. You could institute other solutions such as bi-a ...

    Can you see Ghanaian cannot buy new car because the clearing fee in the harbour is always going up due to that decent cars has become so expensive to buy. We are just exploiting ordinary Ghanaian

    THIS IS HOW THE GERMANS DO: EVERY CAR HAVE TO GO TO TEST IN EVERY 2 YEARS. BETTER TO ASK GHANAIANS BASE IN GERMANY THEY WILL TELL YOU MORE ABOUT.

    So if only newer cars are imported to Ghana. ....... assuming its diesel powered......they will be filled with high sulphur content diesel...........which to my understanding is toxic.........and not good for the car ..... . ...
