  Everyone wants the way sports sector in ghana is run to change and they are all saying the same thing. The minister is able and capable and has the mandate to really make a difference. It is important that he does so to leave a lasting legacy and he hasto start asap or there will not be time to make a difference in time for the big competitions coming up leading to 202. If this season is lost it will be too late. So the minister has to ask each Federatino to prepare a report on what they have done, what they want to do and what their plans and strategy is. they have to present this by a deadline. he then has a short time to review and then call each of them in to sort out each of the federations. this willy nilly approach and meetings behind closed doors and stuff going on like this is not good manangement and will not change anything. And it will be a shame because ghana can do well by 2020 and certainly better than they did at the African games
