  ECG itself is on their knees with several debts owed to them by the government. PURC is government. ECG is also a government entity. How does one government entity pay fine to itself?

  Ghanaians should be happy that at long last the PURC has now recognize that they have to take action against ECG.They have taken the country for a ride for far too long.They should let them know that they are being regulated by the PURC and for that matter if they are on strike that is fine but they should not. let their customers suffer for the sake of going to strike.
  That even is amount to breach of contrac with their customers,any customer can wake up and take them to court for that if they don't know.
