  The EC is simply don't know or understand the term "FLASH POINTS". They should work hand in hand with the Police Service to truly identify the flash points in Ghanaian. However, my research in Upper East Regions alone indicate, every Polling Station in the region is a potential Flash point. Please, EC don't play with our lives and there are more find than the 81 as stated. Come again.
