    ANOTHER WAY OF GOVERNMENT MRTGAGING AND BORROWING. BY THE TIME THI GOVERNMENT IS GONE GHANAIAN WILL SEE THESE PROJECTS WERE SHORT CHANGE AND LOOTERS HAVE HALF OF THIS MONEY

    First, you claim it is a stupid project, it is risky, they should use special vessels and barges guided by the navy.

    Then you claimed they should send it to Kumasi and inland. Would taking it to Kumasi remove the risk?
