Yes,that's how those of us in the advance Countries get paid.In everyweek or bimonthly(every 2wks) both govt and private. But the economic trends back home is not well structured to support the idea, especially with the Private Sector. Therefore, govt could start and maintained bimonthly Salary payment.
But one would be surprise that, majority of Ghanaians would prefer to receive their pay/cheque at the end of the month bcos in their opinion,"you're
spoiling" the money for them. In conclusion,every 2 weeks is appropriate and must be backed by law.

Odilke do not deceive Ghanaian people. It is people who do part time jobs are paid weekly but not permanent workers. They are paid monthly and even some days elapsed.

in politics we agree to disagree, the NDC JDM government has been a very big curse On our country Ghana, even the title the NDC bear right from the day the party came into existence was a curse for the country Ghana, because is only God who is called " Akatamanson" , so any body who picks that title challenges God, some Kings in the Bible did that and they were published by God, so that is why anytime the NDC party is in power the country suffers, let kick them out and the country will be free from suffering and God will take control of our mother land Ghana.
