If one looks at how close the 2012 presidential elections were even against the backdrop of the sympathy vote for JDM and the NDC due to the passing of Prof. Mills, then the 2016 elections will certainly go into a runoff. There is a lot of voter fury and resentment towards the current socioeconomic hardship in Ghana. There are a lot of independent voters out there who seriously analyse issues and will be appalled by the freeing of the Montie 3. I THINK JDM HAS SHOT HIMSELF IN HIS ELECTORAL FOOT.He should have shoved the 3 under the bus like Obama did to his pastor Jeremiah Wright when he made controversial comments.

What has this pardon to these guys got to do with condition of services of JUSAG?

JUSAG should be more interested in members behaving decorously to win the respect of all. The Montie 3 episode has a bitter background and never an isolated incident. The Supreme Court posturing and effusions of some of the panel on the Abu Ramadan vrs EC suit flew in the face of expected behavior of members of the bench.. JUSAG should look in house to purge themselves. The over enthusiastic posture by the SC on the case in favor of the appellants dented the image of the highest court, no wonder many of them recused themselves in favor of the hot headed that went to town with derogatory remarks like.."Not even the president" What a shame?
