  The state of the Police conduct, need to be addressed with all due diligent as how to approach and handles civil demonstrations of every magnitude, civil demonstrations of all forms, formed part of the people's right in every democratic drive, therefore, the police must know this, learn to position itself in better way to avoid this unfortunate events in future.
